Shop Policy

We are happy to offer you a refund or exchange if you contact us with this request within a week of receiving your piece of jewellery. This policy does not apply to the earrings due to reasons of hygiene or any pieces that had been worn and damaged.

We don't take responsibility for return postage fees or loss in transit while on their return. We strongly recommend that you use recorded or special delivery services which require a signature. It is customer's responsibility to pay any sales tax or duties on orders outside the UK.

We will repair your piece of jewellery free of charge if there is clearly a manufacturing fault on our behalf and fault has occurred within a year from the date of purchase. However there will be a fee charged depending on the work required outside this time frame or if jewellery shows obvious signs of abuse.
